10 has two technically incorrect answers, since chewing gun as such is not banned in Singapore, only selling it. Regarding 13, Nepal is a complicated case. It seems that it is governed by a Communist party, however within the framework of a more or less functioning democracy with multiple ideologically different parties, separation of powers, etc. At least that's what I gather from Wikipedia.
