A couple thoughts though, perhaps remove two-worded answers as with other Word Scrambles? (the space doesn't get scrambled)
Also, not sure if you have already, but removing duplicate answers where a country is still in English when in another language. I.e. France is both French and English for the country name France. This would decrease the number of English answers, making the quiz more difficult :)
