Yeah, completely forgot he did all those (lame) comedies.

That's actually what he wanted to pursue first. A career in comedic acting. So did John Wayne. Neither really panned out I would say.

Jingle All the Way is a classic and hilarious.

I will die on this hill.

Apparently I saw all of his movies from 1988-1997. Mercifully, I forgot Batman and Robin.

Im surprised more people dont remember Eraser, which was, along with True Lies, in my opinion, one the the best action movies of the 90s..

I love it when hilarity ensues. But why is it holiday laughs instead of holiday hilarity? You didn't think Jingle All the Way was as funny as Kindergarten Cop?

Conan the Barbarian was not prehistory, they had writing systems.

I haven't seen the movie since I was a child, but that seemed wrong to me, too. They also seemed to have pretty advanced iron working, which is definitely not prehistoric.

History starts with writing, not technology, or civilization even.

It's the first one of his films I saw and I was sure that would be here since it was the one that got him widely noticed. But maybe since it's part documentary it doesn't count.

I think some of his late 90's to early 00's movies are underrated like Total Recall, True Lies, Eraser, and The 6th Day.
+2

Total recall and True lies often score in various top movies lists so they certainly aren't underrated. But I agree with the latter, especially Sixth day is great. Also, The Last Action Hero. In my opinion, it's one of his best movies and yet, it's the one that almost ended his career.

Why can you find pictures of Arnold online with a nazi belt buckle?

Moreover, Arnold is apparently Jewish.

All very confusing.

Take the plot for Commando, replace "soldier" with "spy," and you have Taken!
