I know it isn't the correct spelling, but I think "Wrigly" and "Wriggly" should count....

Why wouldn't we just accept "Ryglee" then? Heck, why not just accept anything you type?

It's okay that you didn't do well, but you don't have to be such an A**

The line goes "If you build it, they will come." Last time I checked, there was a whole team in the movie, not just one guy. ;-)

"If you build it, HE will come", not they. In the end, it's all about bringing one man, not the whole team.

Oops; you're right. My bad. I was thinking of the original quote from the Bible. XD Now I feel dumb.

All I could come up with for Brett's bat was 'pitch.' Knew it wasn't quite right, but couldn't get there.

Robin Yount played center field in the later part of his career. In fact, he is the only player to appear in MLB all-star games as both a shortstop and an outfielder.

Perhaps the clue should be changed to something that is less likely to change year after year. I suggest something like: Bench coach that Pedro Martinez threw to the ground during a brawl. Or, 2000 AL Rookie of the year. Or, 2002 AL Cy Young Award winner. The respective answers: Zimmer, Zito, Zito.

Great selection. All three 1999 HoFers managed to find their way in the quiz - two of them not even under their own letter.

I did almost the whole quiz without remembering it was A-Z. I was just entering in the answers. Also, Wrigley is not a 'stadium'. That's the whole point. It's a 'field', like Fenway is a 'park'.

Come on, no X? There's so many possibilities. X= Xander Bogaerts X= Xavier Nady X = strikeout in a box score
