Actually, I didn't even think of "nostril" because I figured that was a colloquialism like "belly button." I figured the right answer would be the medical term, which I didn't know.
But now I do.

Actually he is just showing off that he knows the technical medical term, he's not really helping much at all. The quiz doesn't specify "proper medical term." It simply asks for the names of the body parts, which to me could be medical or non-medical.
