It's actually "Neapolitan" ice cream, after the city of Naples. Good quizzes!

Pewdiepie has over 26 million subscribers. When I made this quiz, I thought to myself, "Wow 26 million subscribers. I bet he has some really cool funny videos. I should check it out". I was.. not correct.

Pewdiepie is also involved in several controversies for using antisemitic, racist, homophobic, and misogynistic language - and has both recommended and defended several users known for their far-right content. Next to that, I don't even care that he's a raging narcissist and that his videos are unwatchable. He's definitely a good person not to know.

So all people who use the internet must waste countless hours of their lives staring at stupid videos, or they're just a newbie?

I didn't get that either, and I don't care that I didn't get it. In fact, I am quite proud that I have no idea who those "people" are.

+2
Level 35

Yep, I'm glad I didn't get it either. Spend plenty of time on the internet, but don't waste it watching crap Youtube stuff from numpties.

And biased as I am, I really can't see how that should be a general knowledge question.

Uh, you may not like the content they produce, but they're still definitely people. No need for scare quotes.

You don't need to watch it to know they exist...

And honestly it's not the weirdest there is in those general knowledge quizzes.

Faux superiority is an ugly, ugly look and reveals far more about the quality of the individual making the statement than what they're criticizing.

I didn't know the answer either but I wouldn't pass judgement on those who spend "countless hours" watching videos on the internet. After all I spend "countless hours" doing Jetpunk quizes.

FYI, labradoodles are not a breed. They are a mix, a "designer breed", if you will. Please don't encourage irresponsible breeding practices.

+1
Level 61
Nov 2, 2023
The correct answer would be mutt or crossbreed. I don't entirely agree with the Kennel Club but I really hate these designer breeds that people think look cute. They buy them (for stupid money) and don't seem to have any idea how much effort goes into looking after a living creature.

Yes this is a huge generalisation but when lots of those living creatures are now ending up in rescues or being put to sleep, it's just not right.

Sorry rant over

+4
Level 76
Nov 2, 2023
Except "knot" isn't equal to "nautical mile," it's equal to "nautical miles per hour." Accepting just "nautical mile" would be like asking for the unit used to measure a car's speed and accepting just "mile" or "kilometer."

Absolutely shocked to read the comments expecting to see a whole subsection of Americans claiming Neapolitan ice cream as "spumoni", because so many places mislabeled it when I was growing up. Happy to be shocked. (Spumoni is chocolate, pistachio, and black cherry.)
