I over thought a lot of these. Also, I've never heard 'boot' as a term meaning 'to vomit.' Interesting!

what about chucks?? they are a type of shoe and it sounds more like 'to vomit'

Converse All-Stars are commonly known as "chucks" which could also mean to vomit. and also a "screwdriver" is both a hole-making device and an alcoholic fruit juice drink

I agree with Bhumbar about screwdriver, that was what I immediately what I thought. And I've never ever heard of boot meaning to vomit...what an odd term!

A screwdriver is not a "hole-creating device". Maybe you need to expand your toolboxes or at least reevaluate the best way to create your holes.

I've never been able to figure out if the quizmaster is British or American. I'm leaning toward British after this one.

Never heard of boot for vomit. I guessed it must be chucks. And I can't believe I didn't get punt! I was thinking drop-kick as in loser even though the first time I ever heard the term was in a discussion about football. But now I'm starting to realise where the term drop-kick for loser comes from... lol

Screwdriver? even though you don't mention alcoholic beverage that shuld be acceptable.

Boot (for vomiting) is more of a UK term than an American one.

Once again my "useless" mental catalog of movie quotes comes to my rescue: in the film "Last Action Hero," Austin O' Brien tells Schwarzenegger at one point, "I booted in the back seat," meaning that he threw up.

A screwdriver is not a tool for making holes, it's a tool for driving screws into holes or solid surfaces.

hole creating device?? punch...never heard of it described like that. Never heard of boot for vomit either...chucks yea never boot

Punch, as in three-hole punch--the tool that you use to make holes in sheets of paper to be put into a three-ring binder. Perhaps the instructions should say, "These words have two very different meanings (and perhaps different pronunciations)." That would account for "bass" and "sow," which are spelled the same, but have different pronunciations.

never heard of Boot for vomit. Is that from the UK or something? I thought a Boot to them was the trunk of a car.
