I thought it was just " the Taco Bell dog"

I tried Scruff McGruff, and it didn't give it to me... I thought that was his name! I can still hear it from the commercials...

it is his name and should count

And the dunking dog was called "Bud", which should count as well. Maybe his full name was Buddy, but the movie title was Air Bud.

Added "bud" as an acceptable answer.

I didn't know the Taco Bell Dog had a name either. To snbfg4: Scruff was the name of McGruff's nephew.

"Scruff McGruff" will now work, even though it's the name of the Crime Dog's nephew. :)

Why not Doug for the UP dog? That spelling wasn't shown in the movie was it?

My mistake. Doug will work now too.

i would tend to agree, "Doug" is a name whereas "dug" i more of a past-tense verb. although the name is never shown in the movie, one would assume "Doug" is a more logical answer

Aren't a pitbull and a bull terrier the same type of dog?

Not even close. Technically the only dog that is actually a "pit bull" (even though that ISN'T an AKC breed) is an American Staffordshire Terrier.

It should be the Jetsons' dog, not the Jetston's dog. :-)

Dug is the name of the dog from "Up". It's on his collar the entire movie, trust me.

Why is Border Collie not accepted for Lassie. That's the correct name of the breed. Also can Jack Russell be accepted instead of typing the whole name?

Fixed the collie thing. Also, Jack Russell will work now.
Sep 20, 2011  delete  reply
Lassie wasn't a border collie though - not even close. She (he) was a rough coated collie. Border collie should definitely not be an acceptable answer. It'd be like accepting pit bull in place of bull terrier. ;)

Border collies and collies are an entirely different breeds, that's why it's not accepted.

Lol, I didn't realize that it didn't want breeds for all the dogs, so I was trying to put in "Cairn Terrier" for Toto, "Wolfdog" for White Fang, and "Mythological" for Cerberus. One thing though, I typed in "Yeller" for Old Yeller and didn't get it. Could you make it so Yeller is close enough?

Border Collies and Collies are completely different breeds. Pitbulls and Bull Terriers are completely different breeds. Dogues de Bordeaux and Bulldogs are completely different breeds. :)

You should add "Wego" as an acceptable answer for the bud light question because as of this last Super Bowl it was a dog featured in a bud light commercial.

I always think that the crime dog is like Inspector Rex lol. That German Shepard...
