Actually Casino Royale the movie was 1967, Dr. No was 1962. Casino Royale was the first BOOK, however.

ironic that I took this quiz immediately after "general quiz #5" that asked for the oldest age ever attained (answer: 118 but should be 969), yet this quiz has 2 (actually 2 1/2) questions based on the Bible. Incidentally, Job is the oldest book of the Bible (it was written before Genesis), and Tenzing Norgay was the first man on Everest (Hillary said so himself).
