Could you accept "Gojira". It's shorter, it's the japanese version, and it starts with "G"

Is it just because I'm old, or do Goldilocks and Gretel seem about 10 years too young?

At first i thought Goldilocks was some ad for cereal or something

Nope. Neither Goldilocks nor Gretel were 15 years old. The original German "fairy tales" were brutal "r-rated" stories meant for adults, not children.

Many were intended for children, they just had a different understanding of childhood back then. Especially for poor people, life could be so utterly brutal, and morality was so forceful, that stories like that were the norm. Also, Americans may have a particularly sanitised view of what's appropriate in children's literature partly due to 'Disneyfication', it's not the same across the board.

How does typing Greg get me the right answer for Gaylord Focker?

I got this correct because I typed "gregoblin" lol.

I was obviously trying for Green Goblin after "Goblin" didn't work, but I will accept the point!

Definitely biased against those of us who were never kids, but I count at least 8 from non-children's fiction.
