New new York is also in Dr Who. Hogsmeade is not a city. Los Santos is probably a better one for GTA than Vice city.

Vice City was the subtitle of a GTA game and more easily guessed for people who have heard of but never played the games before.

There are a bazillion Springfields, but the one in the Simpsons is not real. However, when they were releasing the movie, all the Springfields made videos about themselves and Vermont won, so the movie was premiered there.

Wakanda is a fictional country, not a fictional city. There are lots of fictional cities in comic books that could be added but they've already got Gotham and Metropolis.
