Lady Jane Grey had two sisters who could also have be called "Lady Grey" (not to mention whatever other Ladies Grey there have been throughout history), so I think the Jane should be there. I think "Lady Jane Grey" should be accepted, though.

No, Lady Grey should not work. Someone named Lady Grey would be married to Lord Grey. Lady Jane means she has a title in her own right, which was the case. I understand the need to be flexible, but some degree of accuracy is necessary, or "right answers" are just meaningless. Sorry to be a stickler, but...
