I'd consider 1080p (versus 720p) to be high resolution. And premium gasoline is also called high test.

Anything can be a high street in Britain, not strictly a business district.. My hometown has a highstreet and that's nowhere near being one!

Actually high definition is not only 1080p. Technically 720p meets the requirements for high definition.

The phrase "high street banks" has been widely used to refer to the retail banking sector in the United Kingdom. so the question doesn't mean the street is actually called high street

Yes High Times was an answer that is so cool. If any of you have a problem with marijuana, you just need to get educated on the subject. And I have my medical card if anyone was to say that its illegal, but not for me.

In my view, High Street usually means shopping area or shopping streets while Business District suggests banking, finance, offices etc.
