Synchronicity
A small technicality, but Macau isn't actually an island proper. It consists of two islands (Taipa and Coloane) and the Macau Peninsula, which is part of the Chinese mainland.

got em all. I got a couple on accident by typing in the wrong country for the others. Aruba I had to go through a list of all the countries near the Caribbean, then to former colonial powers.. finally got netherlands

Strictly speaking the Isle of Man isn't in the UK - it's a self-governing British Crown Dependency. This means, for example, that it isn't in the EU.
