The Vietnam War, a small town sheriff, and a rampage are not what people assume First Blood to be about, because the sequels are action flicks (I've been told)

I knew the premise of the movie, but I assumed the title was "Rambo" because all four sequels and seven video games were some variation of "Rambo".
