Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. recited the words from "We Shall Overcome" in his final sermon delivered in Memphis on Sunday March 31, 1968, before his assassination. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/We_Shall_Overcome)

There is simply a limit here, so no need for fines. Seems like a pain, to allways check if your balance is high enough so no accidents happen.

sounds like my first mobile phoneprovider. If you went sbove a certain limit it would be like 10x the normal cost, but no way knowing ahead of time if you went over the limit or not (before there were standard messages about how much you still had left)

"An excessive and dangerous amount of drugs" should be reworded. Add "To Take"

Why? An overdose can also be a noun. For example, in the sentence "he died of an overdose".

some of these aren't specific enough - elated could be over the moon, excessive inventory could be all sorts of things like over packed, overstuffed, overflowing, overly full etc

Yeah, overexcited kinda works.

To be fair, I've just looked at the instructions and they say 'All the words start with the prefix "over". Based on the definition, guess the word.' which does suggest that each answer is only 1 word so some of mine are not valid answers

Overturn does not mean to change a law; that is to repeal. Overturn means that a judge changes the decision of another judge.

The SCOTUS overturns rulings from lower courts which in effect overturns laws made by Congress or other governmental bodies, so it works from that aspect.

The Overdose question kind of irritates me; isn't discussion about drugs/illegal substances banned on this site or does that rule not apply to quizzes?
