Never heard of the lower ten, or gar. And missed cow and bat, but got tom and auk (and cod and tit. All 4 under 20%).
And about to type yak when time ran out. Didnt do too bad I think! Got 4 points (Does feel like that during the quiz when you see how many are missing) especially as a non english speaker
Yeah, I tried Zho, which is an alternate spelling of Dzo, along with Zo and Dzho. None seem to be in the official Scrabble dictionary online though. Which is very strange, because I only know the word from playing scrabble. Zo was in a list of allowable two-letter words in an official Scrabble dictionary I had, so I looked it up one time to find the definition and saw all the spellings. Don't know why they aren't accepted online. They definitely exist. Dzo rights, people!
I need to know what kind of animal the third one in the last column is. I am afraid to search that up for obvious reasons. I didn't know there was an animal names that and want to make sure there is.
According to C T Onions's dictionary, a bot is "a parasitic worm or maggot." I don't think that's embryonic, but maybe it fails on some other criterion.
A horse of a certain color could be called a bay.
A cur is not a breed of dog--it is a dog that lacks breeding, no?
:)

(Yes, I am replying to a 2 year old comment)
I'm sorry NZ..... I have let you down.
It said I got 5/5 points and my point total will remain the same...
Huh?
(seriously, though, shouldn't the "What Is It?" column say "wahoo" instead of "ono"?)
And couldn't "nag", an old useless horse, be one of the answers?
Super fun quiz. I just wish there was more time.
Boy?
Boi?
Where are they?
4/51
At least I got 51/51 :)
Type of *Arctic* seabird.
