I'm with geographygal. But I'm kicking myself over King of the Road. Why no Conway Twitty or Glen Campbell?!?! Shocked about Waylon Jennings' percent right.

Yeah, chalk me up as an old country guy. Would love to see Charlie Pride around somewhere.

Yes, and George Jones. How can you do a country quiz without The Possum? Can't believe I missed Haggard.

I definitely tried Whitney Houston for I Will Always Love You even though it's not country.

It's the same song - Dolly did it first (and wrote it)

Amazed how many I got-- the entire right column, then I guessed all the modern names I new and got 5 more right in the left column.

No Kenny Rogers? The Gambler, Lucille and Coward of the County are epic songs.

I happen to be shocked that a few aren't on here... Brad Paisley, Skynyrd, Bette Midler with Wind Beneath my wings, this quiz needs to be expanded

Skynyrd is a rock band, not country. The only thing remotely close to country they did was a rock song about a Southern state. And Bette Midler? Are you kidding me??? She's probably only been to the country on vacations

I can sort of understand Skynyrd - they are Southern rock, but Bette Midler??? I like her a lot, but you probably couldn't find a singer who is less country unless you looked on Broadway or at the opera and I don't mean Opry. I just got a picture of Renata Tebaldi in cowboy boots and a fringed outfit stuck in my head. "The Divine Miss M" is not a WSM regular. I don't mean to be ugly, but it ain't the quiz that needs expanding.

I can get everything on the right hand column, but my country music knowledge dies out at about the turn of the century.

I did very poorly. Not surprising as I don't like songs about green big tractors.

Not to be annoying or anything, but I agree with MasterKenobi

Country music is so, so much more that big green tractors

8/23, but considering that the only country I can stand to listen to is Johnny Cash, I did better than I thought I would.

I'm a little bit surprised by the percentage of people having found Weylon Jennings and Merle Haggard. Those two are well known as some of the best ever.

Can you do a version of this that includes more recent country songs? Also Lady Antebellum goes by Lady A now, so that could be a type-in.

I'm really surprised by how many people got The Band Perry

No George Strait? Toby Keith? I'm not a country fan and those seemed dead obvious to me.
