Good quiz. But it would be helpful if it accepted different ways of naming the histories. I tried Henry the fourth, Part One and Henry the 4th, Part 1. Neither worked and I gave up on the histories.

If you don't need "Prince of Denmark" for Hamlet, why do you need "Prince of Tyre" for Pericles?

Yes, I was expecting short-form answers for all the plays, and Pericles tripped me up (but I knew it was the only one left, so I got it in the end). After all, the title pages of most plays are much longer than the way we usually say them, like "The Tragedy of Hamlet, Prince of Denmark."
