But more importantly, unless you are a school child talking to other school children, you would never use the "tu" form with someone you don't know. So maybe you can accept "Comment vous appelez-vous" and "Vous vous appelez comment" as well. The same with "ça va". It's very informal, like "what's up". So maybe you can accept "Comment allez-vous" which is what you would say to someone you don't know very well. Finally, you could also say "ça coûte combien" for "how much is it", meaning "how much does it cost". Bon courage !
