The never-ending militias and civil war in Tonga, bankers in Monaco beating people up with sacks of money, the Duke dictator of Luxembourg violating his citizen's human rights on a daily basis, a failed state like Liechtenstein being used as a base for terrorists in Europe. Somalia is a stroll in the park compared to these places.
