Amazing that Fiji, with a recent history of military coups and a constitution rigged on racial lines, appears here (I guess it helps that most Oceanian countries haven't been rated! I wonder why not?)

I guess it's just the population (for instance, rarely do I ever see the Vatican in a data table!) and some countries are so tiny, it's near impossible to record data!

whoops, Solomon is slightly larger. Maybe Fiji is the 4th-most well known, or easily trackable?
