Same! I was like, "I don't know any more of these, but they both start with T... Let's see what they are," then clicked Give Up right as I noticed I was missing not two but THREE answers
:) The answers on that quiz pertain to each continent, tho. So Australia is the largest island in the region of Oceania, while Greenland is the largest worldwide.
ps: How did you write "Said quiz."? I usually write hyperlinks as a href="URL"=>TEXT (with 'less than' sign at the front)
"The answers on that quiz pertain to each continent, tho. So Australia is the largest island in the region of Oceania, while Greenland is the largest worldwide." - Ha? If Australia is counted as an island for the purposes of Oceania, how is it not the biggest worldwide? It's clearly vastly larger than Greenland. I myself tend to not count it as an island. If it is counted as an island, then why is it the biggest - why not count all of Afro-Eurasia as the biggest island? Gotta stop somewhere.
Can someone tell me how a decoder can be made like this, where typing a clue automatically makes the initial letter show up in a different column? It would be very helpful, thanks.
Thanks! The easiest way to see how it works is to copy this quiz. Head over to Step 4 and you'll see that for each letter, under Hide Cell, the corresponding answer is ticked. I've also ticked the bottom row for every hint so that when you guess the final answer, all the letters appear.
Awesome, you won't be seeing many new quizzes from me though haha... And the hide cell option will show up when you click on any cell in the left column. Make sure you're on Manual Mode in Step 4
Thought of Dry Tortugas National Park for Florida, kinda wish the question was less ambiguous even though I got it after getting the Final Geographical Place
