Countries that have had the most elected/appointed female leaders

64 countries have had at least one lady leader who wasn't lucky enough to be born into the role. 32 have had 1, 23 have had 2, and only 9 have had at least 3 or more. Can you name them all?
Leader can be head of state, government, both, or both combined. Acting or co-acting leaders are accepted,
but not monarchs, government representatives, or governors-general (e.g. for Commonwealth Realms or Andorra), or leaders of unrecognised or former states such as Transistria and East Germany.
The number is number of individuals, not number of times. E.g. Nino Burjanadze serving two terms only counts as one. One country technically has seven leaders in the form of a Federal Council, so any female members of that council are also acceptable and counted individually.
These data don't mean anything the quiz is just for fun.
