Ah good point. I overlooked that since my source must have named it Timor-Leste. Thank you for pointing that out, I shall try to find something else to replace that one.
My pardon, I'm referring to the 'Anglosphere', the six large countries where English is spoken as a first language by the most people in absolute numbers and by percentage. I'd never deliberately be so rude as to neglect the little countries :-) Jamaica has an even higher percentage of first language English speakers than the UK, but there are more speakers in London alone so there's that factor as well. I'll just change the clue! Feedback is what makes quizzes better.
Good thing you clarified as a first language too, because Germany has more people who can speak English than Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and Ireland.
They all are majority English speaking countries. Jamaica even beats out the US and New Zealand in terms of percentage of speakers.
