Just looked it up on wikipedia, on the low end they're about equal, but on the high end Bison are ridiculous 1000+ kg!

This could be better worded, as 'largest' could also imply something like a bull moose. Although being near both, you can see how each is impressive.

That is liquid to gas. Sublimation is different. Think of 'dry ice'.
