Good quiz, but I think you need to clarify whether you mean current or contemporary countries. I spent half the quiz trying to put in Turkey, Austria and Hungary. I even tried Austro-Hungarian, which is how it was usually referred to. A bit frustrating.

For a given value of "Participated".

Many of these simply declared war on Germany and Austria in order to curry favour with the US and/or have an excuse to impound some merchant shipping. In particular, many declared war on 10 November 1918...

There are some interesting ones that a lot of people don't know about though - Portugal sent a division to the British sector of the front and they fought at the Battle of the Lys; the Brazilian Navy patrolled the South Atlantic for subs and the Siamese king sent a squadron of pilots to France in 1918 but they were still in training when the war ended...

What about Andorra who actually declared war on the Central Powers also what about the French colonies such as Algeria. You included South Africa it seems a little unfair to leave them out
