Not a bad quiz by any means, but I do have some suggestions:

1. Your first question should say Dog FROM Fallout New VEGAS. Grammatically makes more sense and Vegas is spelled wrong.

2. There are two unique shotguns in Fallout 3. The Kneecapper is a unique sawed-off shotgun while The Terrible Shotgun is a unique Combat Shotgun. You may need to be more specific with that hint.

Otherwise the quiz was fun. Wish it was longer!
