Yes I think the clue needs a bit more specificity, since basically all Portuguese coastal areas are on the Atlantic. May I suggest an addition "historical Moorish region" OR "famous for its tourism and sea-resorts".

Spelling mistakes galore... it's Kiribati (not Kiriribati) and Ulaanbataar (Not Ulanbataar)
