Interesting that you used corn for Iowa. I would think that would be a better clue for Nebraska.

"Primaries" is confusing for Iowa too. Iowa has caucuses.

I feel like the hints make it a bit too easy, but unfortunately without them it becomes a bit of a guess-fest. Beyond Delaware (1st), Rhode Island (13th), Vermont-Kentucky-Tennessee, and Arizona, Alaska and Hawaii, it's very hard to know many by order of admission. But the dates would provide a bunch more (Maine in 1820, the Dakotas on the same day, West Virginia during the Civil War). Still lots of guessing after that.
