In the first episode at least. Also, it's the only university in Pasadena, and I believe they sometimes also reference NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, which is in the same area and operated by Caltech.

Lol only one I wasn't sure about at first was what night they go to the comic book store, but since I had at least 3 minutes left there were only 7 possibilities. Of course "hump day" was my last choice because of it's position. (was pretty sure it wasn't a weekend)
