Why are Labrador and Newfoundland listed separately as though they were different provinces?

Great quiz but I would recommend 2 corrections. I got 19 but really should be 20. There is no such park as St. Lawrence Islands. The official name is Thousand Islands National Park and I echo the comment that Newfoundland & Labrador should not be separated but should be listed as one.
