Narcissa is a Malfoy through the Harry Potter books, which could be hard to answer0 yet if you know Bellatrix's last name then it is easy.

Narcissa is from the Black family, she married Lucius Malfoy.

Her sister (Black obviously) were Andromeda (who married Ted Tonks) and Bellatrix (who married Rodolphus Lestrange)

So all in all, Narcissa can't be a Lestrange. She's either Black or Malfoy.

Lestrange is the surname of Bellatrix's husband, Rodolphus. She and Narcissa are both from the Black family, but Narcissa married Lucius Malfoy - no Lestrange.

Narcissa was never a Lestrange. She was a Black and became a Malfoy when she married Lucius. Bellatrix was a Lestrange because she married Rodolphus. Please fix this.

Narcissa's maiden name was black not lestrange. Bellatrix was only Lestrange because she married Rudolphus Lestrange

Instead of Nicolas Flamel it should be Nicholas De Momsy Porpington, known and loved by us all as Nearly Headless Nick. I tried this first but instead of De Momsy Porpington I put De Pomsy Morpington...
