I think it's not fair, that so many of the answers are forms of the same verbs: sein: bin, ist, sind, war; haben: habe, hat.

I agree. On the English equivalent on this quiz, all conjugated forms of the verb count as one.

It is fair cause that is most used. But i agree there should be consistency across the site. So better to leave it out. Or mention it in the descriptions.

but realised it immediately, wanted to type haben, but it allready took habe, so that's an instant give away, when you try to type the infinitive.

there were several I expected to be there but werent. But that is often the case in list/quizes with most common words. I t hardly ever is as you expect, so I could let it go immediately (unlike in some other quizes, when i'm convinced something should be there I start to question my spelling or think it needs a different form of the same answer, like plural etc)

kein(e) for instance, several prepositions, and on the other languages there were things like short, small, big etc and today and hour.

Had to try to recall several of Der Struwwelpeter poems my high school German teacher forced me to memorize! Danke Herr LeBlanc!

"all" is probably a typo for "alle" because it is no proper German word (or at least only used in poems, proverbs, and old-fashioned German. The rest looks plausible though the "most official" sources reports another order.

Does anybody remember the old song from the german version of the sesame street?

I guess the lyrics give you quite a few answers here...
