In her more than 60 year reign as Queen of the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth Realms, Queen Elizabeth II has been the head of state of numerous countries. During her reign, however, 18 countries have ceased to recognize the British Monarch as their head of state after coups, republican referendums, and constitutional amendments. Name those countries.
Australia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and Tuvalu (twice) have held referendums and rejected becoming republics.
Rhodesia (present-day Zimbabwe) is not included because despite the fact that Elizabeth II was recognized by the independent government as the head of state, she never accepted the title nor was it ever recognized by any other country.
