Nice to see so many Spurs' strikers in the list (including Bent, we paid enough for his 18 goals...) Go Lillywhites!

Harry Kane's now at 99, will probably break into this group in the next week or so.

If he stays at Tottenham he has a chance of being the number one in the future.
+3
Level 92
Aug 12, 2020
He's at #13 now, and another couple seasons could easily see him climbing into the top 5. It's a long slog to catch up with Rooney and Shearer, though.

Level 92
Jun 7, 2022
Well, one more good season could see him within striking distance of Rooney. Might be there already if he'd stop being so unselfish setting up Son...

Heskey took me a while (despite being such a fantastic striker of course) , otherwise fairly easy. Amazing that Van Nistelrooy or Berbatov never made the list.
+2
Level 20

Considering Berbatov is looking for a club he might still get there. Could be a great signing for a promoted/lower table side.

Because he only scored 96

Went to look him up, and thought he'd come in at 103, but that was counting his first year at Portsmouth, when they weren't Premier League.

No matter what, Gerrard is always better than Lampard!
+9
Level 70
Jul 14, 2018
That's ironic because Lampard's most memorable moment was not having a goal counted. And Gerrard's wasn't scoring but slipping which is something as an Everton fan I couldn't leave out of the comment section :)
