We were looking for just the official ones and Andorra, Kosovo, Montenegro (as well as Zimbabwe) are not official users.

So what is the official currency of Andorra? Wikipedia mentions Andorran diners, but says "It is not possible to buy anything with diners in Andorra. It is not possible to open an account in diners. It is only an artificial currency to produce commemorative coins."

It doesn't have one. It is trying to be able to distribute its own Euros however it currently cannot therefore making it an unofficial user of the Euro.

It's a good quiz! But I thought there would be more! Plus, Kosovo is a disputedterritory. Only half of Europe thinks it is is a country.
