Yes it is! Please note the comment in the instructions. Greenland has its own national parliament, national flag, and the sort of autonomy that independent countries enjoy. For instance, it has voted to leave the EU (while the country of Denmark has independently remained within it). (Non-independent countries just can't do that!) The foreign-policy and defence situation of Greenland is the same as that of several countries that appear in the in the Countries of the World quiz.
