My opinion is that Myanmar should be an acceptable answer on this quiz. My reasoning is that it is the official name of the country. It is also acceptable on the countries of the world quiz, which is the reference point for all JetPunk geography matters.

The "reference point" for other geography quizzes?! Are you kidding us? Sorry, but just because an answer appears on a quiz doesn't make it right! No offence to Dan, but there are many grey areas in geographical answers. These range from benign ones like whether to call Prague's country Czechia or Czech Republic, to politically charged ones like whether to ignore the assertion of the State of Palestine that it is a country (which this website continues to do, despite world opinion leaning strongly the other way).

Anyway, Myanmar's been added. It's an interesting one because Burma was the answer on Countries of the World when this quiz was written in 2015 (another reason not to use answers on a quiz as a "reference point"). That change was for the better in our opinion, because now it aligns with what that country wishes to be known by.

Yeah, it really depends on what country you're in. Some countries recognise Taiwan, some Palestine and Kosovo so its impossible to make it perfect for absolutely everyone. In my country we would always say "Czech Republic" and some would always say "Czechia". There is really no point arguing not matter what someone will be unhappy

wayyyy too little time in my opinion, I hardly ever run out of time in other quizzes ( not saying I allways got 100% but that I feel like I had a decent anmount of time to think about it).

I only got 6 on this one, on your previous one I nearly got all.

Like the concept though :)
