Geography Mega Generator Puzzle #4

In this Mega Generator quiz, find two geographical locations in the two 3 x 3 grids within the major grid. One was a country name, and the other is a capital city. There are also the usual 20 questions, whose answers are drawn from all of the letters in the entire grid. Each letter can only be used once.
