Geography Mega Generator Puzzle #1

This 4 x 4 grid contains two, shaded, 3 x 3 grids, with the central four squares overlapping both grids. Rearrange the letters in each grid to make two significant 9-letter world locations (one in Europe, one in Asia), and also, drawing each letter once only from the full 16-letter grid, solve each geographical answer.

Could you add (plural) to seasonal movers? It uses plural in the clue, but it would be nice to make it a bit more obvious.
