I'm not sure if the maths work but what about Papua New Guinea or The Federated States of Micronesia?

papua new guinea is worth 22 (it's like the 21st in the list ;) )

and i didn't use the long form of the name (as congo for the republic of congo or macedonia for FYR of macedonia) except for drc and car

i don't know if i am wrong but my letters say :

L=1, U=1, X=8, E=1, M=3, B=3, O=1, U=1, R=1, G=2 total = 22

S=1, W=4, A=1, Z=10, I=1, L=1, A=1, N=1, D=2 total = 22

I think I partially figured it out: using American English, the letter U is used less often, as in flavor or favorite, so it's worth more. The points probably change within languages

me neither. i spent 2 minutes trying to type zambia. turns out it's value is about three quarters of the minimum to make this list. i thaught it would be 25 at least! (i got 3, zimbabwe, micronesia, and drc) ☹️
