Perhaps adjust the clue for falloir to "to need to". "To be necessary" would be more like the verbe "nécessiter". As a native french speaker I was not able to figure that one out

The only correct translation for "to be necessary" is "être nécessaire"

"falloir" is not a real verb, you can only use it with one pronoun out of six...
