This was tough. Adding to the difficulty, some diseases are listed under blanket terms along with other diseases while others are specifically mentioned. (for example cholera is not accepted for digestive/diarrhoeal diseases, and all kinds of cancer are presumably included in "cancer"- yet HIV (which doesn't kill anyone but reduces your body's ability to fight other things), and Malaria are listed separately). Also I assume this only counts "premature death" and that's why old age or "natural causes" doesn't show up? Or do that many more people die in car accidents?
I like the idea behind this quiz, but it needs much more type-ins. For example, I typed "digestive disease," which was not accepted without the -s, even though heart disease was accepted. Also, "accidents" was not accepted, though I fortunately guessed "car crashes," assuming that this had to be in the top 10.
