Countries of the World with just enough Letters: 4 Minute Sprint

This is a different, speed, version of the Countries of the World quiz. For each nation, you only have to type enough letters so that they are not also the starting letters of any other country. For example, if you took an imaginary quiz with a small world of three countries containing Redland, Bluestan and Blackia, then R, BLU and BLA would be correct answers, but B and BL would not be, because they are starting letters of more than one country.
