I agree with mf3 Melekeok is a town in the State of Melekeok on the island of Babeldaob. Ngerulmud is the Capital of Palau (As everybody that does the Jet-Punk Capitals of the World quiz would know)

Now 2 years and 3 months since Melekeok was given as the Capital City of Palau......... NGERULMUD is the Capital.
