You forgot Armenia. It borders Iran, Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia. All coastal nations.

Liechtenstein borders Switzerland and Austria, neither of which have coasts.

Couldn't get Eswatini because this is an old quiz, and hasn't been updated from Swaziland!

In regards to Liechtenstein, apparently some do not read the instructions. All countries touching have to have a coastline. As stated above, Switzerland and Austria are landlocked.
