I've seen on a quiz somewhere that Singapore has one of the highest oil/gas/whatever per capita, meaning that they have a lot of cars, and I know it's a very, very, very densely populated, urbanized city-state. Yet they feature on the least dangerous list. Good on you, Singapore.
