Voldy took Malfoy's wand from Lucius at Malfoy Manor. Voldy replaced it during the B7P after Harry's wand destroyed it, but I edited the clue to make it more clear. Glad you enjoyed the quiz.

One could speculate that the Potter Family were omitted since they were descended from Ignotus Peverell. Since the name changed to Potter somewhere down the line, it may well be that the last Peverall was a woman who married a Potter who was muggle-born. Hence the bloodline was not pure anymore.

Rowling explains it very well here: https://www.pottermore.com/writing-by-jk-rowling/the-potter-family (She says James was pure-blood, and she suspects their omission had something to do with one of Harry's ancestors on the Wizengamot standing up for muggle rights, and also because the name Potter was a common muggle name.)
