I have to disagree with you on the communist question. The cold war is generally dated from 1947 with the Truman Doctrine, and went until 1989 (European revolutions) or 1991 (fall of USSR). China was still in Civil War until 1949 so wasn't communist the entire cold war. South Yemen wasn't established until 1967. Kampuchea wasn't established until 1975. So none of these was communist for the entire cold war.

It was a poorly written question that didn’t really ask what I was going for. I have updated it and the answers.
